The diameter from one side to the other is about 14 1/2 inches and the bowl (head circumference) is 58cm and will fit most medium heads. Inside there is a wide soft moisture wicking elastic band that stretches gently for a perfect fit. Inexpensive hats without the band fit poorly and are prone to blow of your head!
