I work with animals- that's why I ordered this specific brand and type of boot, & they're pretty good! The only thing is, I hadn't even had my boot for 3 days and the left one got punctured from an animal bite.
I emailed the company inquiring about any possible warranty/if they can replace a single boot. No reply after a week. Eventually I called, and my answer was "we don't have a warranty and b/c it happened on your end, we can't replace it or send out one boot." And then I was made aware of the 10% off deal for memorial day. -_-
Like seriously? I have to spend ANOTHER $60+ to ship a PAIR when I only needed ONE boot? If no warranty or replacement for purchases for at least a week is offered from you guys, maybe make some steel toe boots so that ordering another pair is actually worth it.
I am disappointed & I'll probably find another brand in the future that offers more protection. Nobody was rude, just dismissive & unhelpful.
