Quality control seems to be a problem with Sloggers. I had to return a new pair because of a slight defect in the coating of the shoes. My previous pair had to be replaced because the heel seam split open.The shoes are a comfortable fit however and if not defective, serve their purpose well.

Good shoes
This is my fourth pair or Sloggers, they split in the back before they wear out. Still a good shoe for outside all ware.

Awesome

Finally got after sending messages
I ordered two pair, one for my husband and one for me. After sending numerous emails we finally received the men's pair that apparently was in stock all along. I ordered on December 16 and I still have not received my pair and they have stopped communicating. Disappointed!
