"All-Day-Comfort" Replacement Insoles - Women's Shoes

All we ever got was an e-mail acknowledging the order, and my card was charged. No shipping update, no tracking info. Your 'Order Status' said no such order (127860) existed. I twice posted about this on your contact web page, and got no reply.

Despite the description these are not soles with arch support. The interior sole is just floppy fabric. I contacted company about the issue and never received a reply. Buy these only if you don’t need arch support
