3 of 5 Need More Color Choices / Shipping ERROR April 12, 2024

I love your shoes.  However, I would like there to be more single color choices.  I wear these Sloggers clogs pretty much full time during the summer, and I don't need "cutesy" prints - it's not my style.  I would like a navy and/or a brown option.

Also, I have written you about this but haven't yet received a response.  I paid $15 for "FedEx" shipping, which, I believed, meant faster delivery.  Despite the fact that I selected this option, the shoes took a week to get here and were delivered by UPS.  You need to clarify what this shipping option means.  I feel like I paid an extra $15 for nothing, and that will certainly make me think twice about shopping with you again.

My rating would have been the highest if I hadn't had to spend money for shipping that didn't get the product here faster.

The clogs are sturdy built. I use them. But I have narrow feet and the clogs tend to be wide. I need to wear socks to hold my feet.

My second pair, puppy finally did in first after years of steady use. Yay for teal color. Comfortable from first wear. Durable. Easy on/easy off. Solid footing for someone in their 8th decade. Cost divided by years of use for first pair= about $8 per year.
