Placed an order...I received a conformation, no shipping date, no charge to my account until after I placed a second order to replace the first order I never received delivery notice. 2 days after second order I get the first pair of shoes actually in the mail (FedEx ) and a charge to my acount. The next day I get a shipping conformation on the second (replacement) pair, a second 37 dollar charge to my account and 2 days later a second pair of the same shoes. Not a very good experience. Love the product, would love 2 DIFFERENT PATTERNS instead. Terrible technology /communication with customer/me.
