size issues August 30, 2023 Reviewer: Michael Berdan from Cambridge, MA United States   I ordered two sizes of the Sloggers Premium clogs to have the best chance to have a good fit. Unfortunately neither the 10 nor the 11 worked. I have boxed them to return. I feel they are well made and would consider them in the future the next time I buy gardening clogs. Good product, poor shopping experience July 7, 2023 Reviewer: Ed Eaglehouse from Cuyahoga Falls, OH United States   While the products themselves are good at a fair price, the website is showing its age with poor search capabilities and misinformation in many of the product descriptions. The customer service representative was only partially responsive and seemed disengaged, having to be reminded of information about their own offerings. I want to be loyal to the brand but they aren't working hard to keep my business. Was this review helpful to you?

Sloggers March 24, 2023 Reviewer: Daniel Anderson from Caldwell, ID United States   I have purchased sloggers from stores for 20 years and none of the pairs had any defects.  Unfortunately, the stores don't carry the type that I want, so I purchased them through your company. The pair you sent to me had marks on them, for which I was told were "hanger marks."  So, I requested a replacement, which was a frustrating process.  First, Blanca and Patti claimed that I did not send them back.  I referred to the FedEx tracking number that they were received by AAuthor a week prior to my phone call.  Then they said they could not find them, but they would send me a one-time replacement.  I asked that they be inspected for defects or in this case, hanger marks.  They said they would.  The replacement actually had more marks than the initial pair.  What are you doing to manufacture these with defects, because the four to five pairs I have purchased over the years had no defects or hanger marks.  Very disappointing experience.
