Very poor customer service |

I received my garden ankle boots and tried them on, the were difficult to get on. When I tried to take them off, they were very difficult to take off. So I decided that I would return them for a different size, I tried the online line for return and was told to contact customer service. Called customer service and was told I needed to wait until the next day because their website was being repaired. When I tried the next day, it was the same. So I waited for 2 more days and called back, customer service was rude and told me I wouldn’t just have to wait until the website was restored to make my return. I waited another day and finally was able to get a return label. Now I’m hoping my money will be refunded once they receive my boots.
