Great Product. Disappointing Service |

We have been buying Sloggers products for many years. The products are great. The service not so much.
I bought this new pair of garden shoes for my wife. 2 hours after placing the order online, I received an E-Mail offering 20% off all orders. I called to ask if they would apply the credit to the order I just placed, or if I should cancel the original order and place it again with the discount code. Over the next 3 days, I left 3 voice messages and sent 2 detailed messages through their "customer service" page. No call back or response was ever received.
The shoes arrived, and they are good. Just for kicks I decided to call once more. A woman actually answered this time. Even though I gave her dates and times, she could find no record of my previous contacts. She said she was the only one there. She did issue the 20% credit that was offered. I hope in the future Sloggers decides to have more than just 1 customer service person for a company as large as they are.
