Great Hat for Kayaking December 18, 2023 Reviewer: George Cartmill from Seattle, WA United States   I've purchased 3 of these now.  For a very reasonable price they provide good sun protection but also good cover for rain - important in Seattle area where I paddle.  I even "proofed" one with Filson's wax finish and ended up with great waxed cotton hat for less than half the cost of the "real thing" . Was sent the wrong hat; terrible customer service August 15, 2022 Reviewer: B.C. from Fort Collins, CO United States   I had purchased a women's medium/adjustable hat at a store.  I sent an email to Sloggers, asking if the hat came in a different color.  They sent me a link, from which I ordered another hat.  The link was for a men's Large size, and was way too big.  I have repeatedly tried to contact them by phone, because I need to return it, and don't think I should have to pay mailing costs.  They never answer my messages.  Now I have emailed them.  We'll see what happens. Great Hat July 14, 2022 Reviewer: Nelson Dodson from york, PA United States   I love this hat. Well thought out and comfortable. One end of the cord came out and I just pinched the slider and re-inserted it. My only complaint would be lack of color choice. It is a sun blocking hat and the darker color absorbs heat.
