Replacement insoles not received |

Although the packing list form shows that the replacement insoles were in the box, and billed for, it was not. I contacted Sloggers and received email from customer service rep on August 12, Blanca Torres, saying that she “would have someone take a look at it.†I have not received a response nor the replace insoles.
