Can't say enough great things about the boots~ May 12, 2015 Reviewer: Sue from Gilsum, NH US   The order was delivered when stated, the boot design was even cuter in person and fit like a glove, no breaking in. Easy to get in and out of. They are true to size and I love the fact that they inlcude inserts in case they are a bit big. I've been wearing them for outdoor work for days now, they are very comfortable. I also want to also order a rain "shoes" just to wear out and about, I'm really happy with the product. Ok... March 13, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Cleves, OH United States   I ordered a pair of the purple paw print boots. When I finally got them they had sent me the blue boots. So I had to call Monday morning to get the situation fixed. At first the customer service rep wanted to refund me and have me re-order the boots I had originally ordered. I asked about a simple exchange which she agreed to. So it too two weeks to get the boots I ordered. Was this review helpful to you?
