I do wish that communication had been better about my purchase, and I was disappointed at the very long wait for shipping. I love the height since the are about mid calf level and not as high as behind the knee. Another reason that height is great that the higher ones are too hot for south FL. They last a long time, too. bad customer service experience July 27, 2018 Reviewer: J Kaplan from Indianapolis, IN United States   You sent the wrong size boot...I have had trouble creating return on website and after emailing and sending message through website I have received 0 reply from you. I have waited patently for a reply but no reply has come. I am sending the boots back at my expense even though you sent me wrong size and I hope that the correct size will be returned to me. Sooo cute! July 7, 2018 Reviewer: Holly S. from Okemos, MI United States   These boots are absolutely adorable — I love goat anything and no one else has them.  Unfortunately, I had to return them.  I’m an almost-just-barely size 10 so I ordered a 10.  They’re cut a smidge on the small size — just enough that I know after an hour or two my toes would be hurting. Rain boots with goats on them!!!😄 June 5, 2018 Reviewer: Kathleen Gould from Boston, MA United States   I love my rain boots, fit great and I wore them yesterday! I used the inner soles that were includes to make a perfect fit as I’m a 7.5 and ordered an 8, but 8 will fit with a heavy socks but in the summer I wear a light weight sock so the inner sole really helps!!!
