Chicken boots the first for my daughter and this time 2 pairs of clogs. Not so great service December 16, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   Hi, I used your recycling program and sent my old pair of Sloggers to you. Your website says I should get a credit of $5 on a new pair PLUS FREE SHIPPING. When I ordered my new pair, I used the $5 coupon, lowering the price from $29.99 to $24.99, but I was still charged $7 for shipping -- bringing the total to $31.99. I called your customer service office about the added shipping charge and was told I would get a $7 refund on my credit card. But as of Dec. 16, two weeks later, that refund hasn't shown up on my credit card statement. The recycling offer was less than promised. Was this review helpful to you?

Very nice shoes November 11, 2020 Reviewer: TSW from Santa Clara, CA United States   Needed slip on shoes, something to slip on for quick trips outside. My sister recommended these as she had just done some hiking along a river in them.  Ordered and they arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I may even do some short hikes in them.
