2nd pair a MUST in So Flo August 24, 2021 Reviewer: Linda B. from Palm Beach Gardens, FL United States   I am a full time delivery shopper, going on 2 years, and my Sloggers stay in my car, as I switch from sandals or tennis shoes to Sloggers many time a week! Sloggers are Great; Recycling Program, not so much July 12, 2021 Reviewer: Danika from Blue Bell, PA United States   I've worn Sloggers for a decade; I LOVE them. They're comfortable, durable, & cute. I wish they had lined ones for winter. The recycling program is terrible. It cost $17 to ship my old shoes, & it took 2 months, 2 calls, & 2 emails to get a response. I finally got a $5 discount code & was told the $7 shipping would be refunded after I paid. After problems with ordering, I finally got my new shoes, but it took another email to get the shipping refunded. It took almost 4 months & a LOT of aggravation. Needless to say, I won't be recycling next time & I'll just buy from a store. Recycling needs to be EASY, like trading in the old ones at the retailers for an instant $5 off. It needs to be a lot more efficient & a lot less aggravating to your customers. Was this review helpful to you?
