I ordered 2 pairs of Sloggers. Only one pair was in the box. I called about the problem on Jan 7th and was told the second pair would be sent out. I called again on Jan14 and Jan 18 to report that nothing had arrived, nor did I receive an email or phone call or confirmation number. On Jan 18, I was told that it would be checked out and the second pair would be sent out if they had not already been sent. Love the product but frustrated with having to rigorously pursue a solution to your packing error.
