Made in USA and celebrating California! Rain Boots December 18, 2015 Reviewer: Rose-Marie Smith from Columbia, SC United States   I have 7 dogs and we walk paths in a park and spend time in a dog park.  My sneakers have had a bad time, especially with the recent hard rains we have had.  My lovely new boots will be keeping my toes dry and warm and my sneakers won't look like I have been mud wrestling.  Thank you.
