|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
The "We Want You Happy " Guarantee
Are my shoes or boots guaranteed? What if they don't fit? What if They are not what I expected? What if I'm just plain UNHAPPY about my purchase?
Let's face it, we want you to be happy. If you receive the product, and it wasn't what you expected, doesn't fit, or you just don't like it:
YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVED YOUR PURCHASE TO RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND.
a) THE SHOES OR BOOTS MUST NOT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, SO PLEASE DON'T WEAR THEM OUTSIDE
b) THE PACKING SLIP MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE RETURN SHIPMENT.
PLEASE READ OUR RETURN POLICY BELOW AND ON THE RETURN PAGE.
a) Our shoes and boots are guaranteed to remain waterproof for a full 6 months. (Actually, I've never known them to leak even after much more time then that)
b) We guarantee them for any REASONABLE cosmetic issues. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT MANY OF THE PRINTS VARY FROM SHOE TO SHOE. THIS IS NOT A COSMETIC DEFECT. I like to think of it as "unique".
|When will my order ship?|
|Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
