Not all styles have padded rim October 18, 2022 Reviewer: EK from Yellow Springs, OH United States   Very disappointed that the rim on the polka dots boots is not padded like my old Sloggers, blue cows has a nice padded black rim. They have beautiful designs, they are high and keep the rain out, comfortable with or without socks.
