Too small September 29, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   Even with thick socks or bare feet, these were too tight, and there was no way to get a direct exchange for another size without returning, waiting for my refund, and then reordering, which is extra work for the shopper. Marvelous Muckers! August 30, 2021 Reviewer: Lovely from Winfield, IL United States   Imagine: an online shopping experience with NO glitches!!! The ankle-high sloggers are exactly what I needed. I love the pretty floral design on the black background. The deep-groove tread is ever so helpful!! Whoever designed this garden rubber shoe did the research and maybe even experienced the shoe needs of gardening in muck and walking down a dewy slope to a yard waste pile, which can be very slippery. Women's rain and garden ankle boots July 30, 2021 Reviewer: Kathy Davis from Lakewood , CA United States   I purchased the women's rain and garden ankle boots in midsummer black. I LOVE them. I wear size 7 1/2, so I purchased the size 8. They came with insoles and fit me perfectly. I appreciated not having soggy wet tennis shoes when working in damp/wet garden. I don't have the problem of wood mulch sliding down into my Sloggers. I  wear light weight socks with them, but they can be worn without socks. I recommend Sloggers to all of my friends. Sad June 15, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Glenshaw, PA United States   This is a 2 star review. I love Sloggers ankle boots & have had many pairs over the past several years. So now I need boots- these are ideal for my lifestyle- and suddenly there are no size 8 in any of the color patterns of ankle boots.  I contacted customer service by email, and left a couple of messages and posts on their Facebook page, with no response. Yesterday I phoned customer service and the person said she would check with the warehouse & if there actually were size 8s, she would upgrade the website.  So either there actually are none, or she forgot, or she was just saying that to appease me. Last week I bought a different brand of boots. They are "ok" but I prefer Sloggers. I understand 8 is  a common size and it is possible to run out.  I am just unhappy, as I was going to purchase at least one pair of new boots, even though I just bought the other ones. I bought my adult daughter a pair of Sloggers rain boots a couple years ago, because she was dog walking regularly - rain or shine, and she has loved them. I have waited for my old garden boots to wear out, so that I could ’justify’ buying a new  pair. The old boots finally sprung a leak, and I happily ordered a pair of Sloggers to replace them! Love them May 24, 2021 Reviewer: Nancy Gwinner from Southampton, MA United States   Bought the ankle type boot to keep dirt out of the shoe.  Work great.  Sturdy, fit perfectly.  I have a pair of the shoe type that I have had for years, still in great shape. Awful service shipping and communication May 20, 2021 Reviewer: Denise Evison from TACOMA, WA United States   Ordering from sloggers is really easy and you would expect it to be when they tell you that your order is shipped even when they dont ship it, yep you heard me right according to customer service even if they dont have your order they will mark it shipped so hope you aren't waiting for your order to come.and you wont know this until you call asking where is my order.
