I ordered a pair of city rainboots several years ago. I could no longer find them on the website, so had to settle for these garden boots. I prefer the taller boots. Please bring them back!

I ordered 2 pairs in this pattern, and only received 1, despite being charged for 2. The emails and web forms for customer complaints go into a black hole. Do not order products from this company; there is no customer service to address complaints.
